The Rainbow Room is a place of safety where pupils are encouraged to take responsibility for their own actions. To develop their independence and resilience skills we promote choices by listening to them, bringing them together to resolve conflict situations. The pupil know there has to be a consequence for their own actions to keep everyone safe. They are supported to accept this by ensuring all pupils are treated the same and the same rules apply to everyone.
The health and safety of all the pupils is an absolute priority and the Rainbow room is a place where all the medical information and medication is stored.

This is Miss Jones. She is the Behaviour and Lego Therapy Practitioner here at West End and supports children each day in the Rainbow Room.
